One of the conditions of our offer is we have to pay off an old payday loan. Who pays this off? Us or the solicitor?0

It will be you who has to pay it off and then provide the evidence it’s paid and cleareddisneydreamer1985 said:One of the conditions of our offer is we have to pay off an old payday loan. Who pays this off? Us or the solicitor?

I had this and I just have an agreement with my ex. They wanted 6 months of statements showing the payments and were happy with this!roos0304 said:Hi, just wondering if anyone has dealt with bluestone. Regard child maintenance….? My partner and her ex are fortunate that they were able to agree on maintenance without using courts or CSA. Problem we have is other lenders will only use maintenance as income IF you have court order or csa documents…. I have read on the bluestone lending criteria that they accept csa OR 6 months bank statements. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue?

Thank you - so we would have to give the receipt to the solicitor to show it had been paid, I guess?Lottien95 said:

So our first underwrite update came in a little sooner than Thursday, “ Bluestone have requested some additional documentation to support the application. They have requested that your partner signs the attached signature discrepancy form – as his signatures have changed.”
This was at 7.10pm tonight This email, by 8pm I had sent the form back to my mortgage advisor, signatures had changed slightly over the years so will now be back to the very slow progress updates again, was hoping for better news this week 😔0 -
It's so frustrating when it seems they can't ask for any more then they do! At least it's now though as one person mentioned on here that they couldn't complete on the day they had agreed as their signature wasn't the same so they had to sign the discrepancy form and set a new completion date after proving their signature. At least it's been spotted now and hopefully this is the last thing they ask for 🤞Lottien95 said:So our first underwrite update came in a little sooner than Thursday, “ Bluestone have requested some additional documentation to support the application. They have requested that your partner signs the attached signature discrepancy form – as his signatures have changed.”

Oh gosh yes that’s true! Just hope there isn’t anymore issues! Hopefully the wait won’t be as long as it’s only one half a page of a4 document! Praying for something positive, surely them requesting this means good news in regards to the application as they wouldn’t be asking for his if it was failing! Fun night stress sleeping!Sevendoorsdown said:

Hi yes I did, I had to provide 6 months bank statements showing child maintenance payments, also my partner set up a standing order so that also helped 😊roos0304 said:Hi, just wondering if anyone has dealt with bluestone. How annoying, I’m frustrated with our signature issue, this should’ve been sorted when the application went in and pre app stuff was done ages ago, now cannot get hold of my MA so nothings been sent off which means we’re back at bottom of the que and having to wait until Wednesday next week for an update over something so small! Hopefully you get an update sooner! As this update we just had was due Thursday this week! And we got it yesterday!Icklesaint said:Timeline so far
