Well we won’t be getting our offer today as expected.  The surveyor for some reason has marked the value of the property as £0 😡😡.

Oh no that's so bad on the surveyor's behalf! I hope the issue is resolved soon. I'd be annoyed too!

Apparently he was supposed to have a form from the builder that he never asked for so just marked it at zero.  I’m LIVID!!
