Good luck! Our application was finally submitted a few weeks ago! So far it’s not been too bad, but we’re still awaiting for it to go to the underwriters after bluestone asked some questions and the packager responded to them as they’d already asked them us! Good luck! XxSammie2021 said:
Application has now been submitted after a lot of stressful work 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Hopefully it is now straightforward as simply did do a lot of work etcCosy2020 said:@Sammie2021 if simply said that then I’d go with what they say. From experience on this thread everyone’s experience is different. We were told we weren’t allowed to apply if we’d had a payday loan in the last 6 months but I’ve seen people on this thread who had a payday loan active and open on their file and got an offer.Simply wouldn’t have got you a DIP if they thought you wouldn’t get an offer! It’s a really stressful process so try to relax as much as possible - easier said than done I know!0 -

So I’m back…😊
today I have made an offer on a different (slightly more expensive) property. So the fun starts again!! I’m determined to be moved by xmas!!! Fingers crossed this time 🤞3 -
On the downside I got the solicitors bill (80%) for the last house that I didn’t buy so that’s going to dip into my cash reserves before I even start.0

Our solicitor wants to charge £50 for the help to buy isa. Must be the going rate 🤷♀️Positiveaffirmations21 said:Does anyone here have an Lifetime ISA?? It's a fixed amount for LISA and H2B, pricing isn't up to the solicitors but set by the government or something.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

I just challenged them on it!! Mine is a Moneybox and they have now said because it’s Moneybox they have the least amount of work to do with it so they won’t charge and the solicitor ever put it in the breakdown beforehand!!! Bloody cheek!!Icklesaint said:
