So a little update on our timeline! We’re FTB HTB using complete as our packager11/06/2021 reserved our home26/06/2021 DIP finally received, was rejected at first a few days prior12/07/2021 application submitted using packager15/07/2021 bluestone asked some questions packager submitted same day.22/07/2021 confirmation it has now been sent to the underwriters!
been told our next update will be in 3-4 working days! Anyone else at this stage or going through it! Stressing so much just want this to go through and we have our home 🤞🤞🤞0 -

today I have made an offer on a different (slightly more expensive) property. So the fun starts again!! I’m determined to be moved by xmas!!! Fingers crossed this time 🤞3 -
On the downside I got the solicitors bill (80%) for the last house that I didn’t buy so that’s going to dip into my cash reserves before I even start.0

Does anyone here have an Lifetime ISA?? Don’t know if I’m just being tight but the solicitors want to charge £50 +vat just to close the account!! Am I missing something. Anyone else had this?0

It's a fixed amount for LISA and H2B, pricing isn't up to the solicitors but set by the government or something.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

Just got our valuation report back after our valuation yesterday & all good so just waiting for the offer to be issued!! 😁
