Simply wouldn’t have got you a DIP if they thought you wouldn’t get an offer! It’s a really stressful process so try to relax as much as possible - easier said than done I know! 

Application has now been submitted after a lot of stressful work 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Hopefully it is now straightforward as simply did do a lot of work etc 

Good luck! Our application was finally submitted a few weeks ago! So far it’s not been too bad, but we’re still awaiting for it to go to the underwriters after bluestone asked some questions and the packager responded to them as they’d already asked them us! Good luck! Xx

Thank you. We are downsizing Our current mortgage by £50k to make thringsbbetter and also clear all debts. Feel like we are stuck. Thought it would be easy to downsize a mortgage to make things better when you already have a mortgage

We just got ours back from yesterday too 😁 our broker said next few days and we'll have the offer. Let's hope we both hear asap!
