We have a help to buy Isa with NatWest. On the solicitors break down they tried to charge us 3 times for 1 ISA. Cheeky ba@*_rds!Positiveaffirmations21 said:

my MA has said she thinks it’ll either be tomorrow or Monday so hopefully she’s right 😁0 -
Still no update from me..im going demented now almost 3 whole months waiting for this offer. They advised 3 working days and it has now been 6 and nothing. The valuation was done the first of July. Im so so annoyed.0

Our valuation was done Monday (we only knew because the surveyor turned up on our doorstep looking for the keys, which we obviously don’t have 🙄) and radio silence ever since 😥Sevendoorsdown said:

The waiting is just so stressful isn't it!? (every single bit) can you speak with your MA and ask how things are going? Our broker used to be reluctant to ask how things are going but now like us he's had enough. It's been 4 months 😖Icklesaint said:

I couldn’t recommend my mortgage advisor enough, he has been there through my lowest rock bottom point and has dealt with my anxiety and panics and has never left me waiting over a few hours, I wouldn’t be able to deal with a radio silence one, so one positive is that I have him! I’m praying for our first underwriter update next week by Wednesday ish we’ve been told! Hoping the valuation will be booked by mid august if not sooner 🤞0
