Lottien95 said:Anyone renting whilst applying? We provided 2 years worth of bank statements showing rent payments etc, do you know if they ask or need anything more? We’re currently with the underwriters, We had two soft searches on our credit report from bluestone too on the 21st of July one for generic ID check the other says mortgage quotation , we had the same two back in June on the 17th when we were getting our dip, just wondering if anyone else has had the same/anymore than that?0

Hi, just wondering if anyone has dealt with bluestone. Regard child maintenance….? My partner and her ex are fortunate that they were able to agree on maintenance without using courts or CSA. Problem we have is other lenders will only use maintenance as income IF you have court order or csa documents…. I have read on the bluestone lending criteria that they accept csa OR 6 months bank statements. Just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue?
many thanks0 -
Sevendoorsdown said:We've just had our offer 🎉🎉
2nd Dip 26/5 (after wasting 2 months due to a mistake on bs behalf)
Fully submitted (again) 27/5
More documents 3/6
First underwrite 8/6
Valuation instructed 12/7
Valuation 21/7
Offer 26/7
During this process we had a section 21 served by the landlord so this news is such a relief.
Thank you for everyone's support!
Everyone still waiting, hang in there! ☺️1 -

For anyone who have already received their verbal offers - how long did you wait for the official offer to be sent through? My MA said it would be ready within 24-48 hours, but still haven’t received anything….0
