@HS1234 I don’t think so but it wouldn’t necessarily solve the problem as a new lender will still be made aware of the works require. MA mentioned Halifax today as a possible lender and using a 15 percent deposit which would release some of my money to pay for works on the house but even then it means paying for work on a house owned by a stranger. That plus I don’t think they would approve me anyway. 4 years perfect debt free but a bankruptcy 4 year ago hence why bluestone.0

I’ve found Pepper money, Kensington and Coventry building society. Have a look at their lending criteria if they are any use to you.1

The reports haven’t been done I’ve asked for prices but most companies can’t do it til sept I have found one that have availability W/c 19th but I don’t have access to property and seller says no0

We just had our verbal offer 😭 😭
I honestly can’t believe it. We have been doing everything since the 04th April!! We instructed Solictors and valuation to be done before we had our offer which has speeded everything up for us but it’s still taken 3 months to get to this point. I’m in shock!!!! Good luck everyone, honestly it will come!!!!!!4 -
