Hi, I don’t think so. Talked through a few options but if the seller won’t budge there’s nothing I can do x

Oh no, I am so sorry how devastating after such a long journey for it to end because of issues with the house 😭 hope things turn out better for you in the future and something better comes along.

Don’t give up there must be another lender out there. Did they say why? This could mean sorting out whatever the reason and going for it.

Has anyone’s vendor pulled out? If so was you able to switch the mortgage?

My vendor decided to take another offer from someone even though we paid for valuation and the surveyors went round.

Really sorry to hear this, yes our vendor did the same. Put the property back in the market and got a better off. Unfortunately lost the house of our dreams but keeping our heads up for something better. Won’t be using Bluestones again.

So sorry to hear this, we ended up the same with our vendor pulling out. Keep your chin up, hopefully long term it will turn out better and you will look back on this as a blip in live. Good ☘️.
