Great news….I received my offer today. Which means I can get my dream home. Unbelievable 😍😍

There is a problem…. I miss Stamp duty holiday and now have to try and raise stamp duty money. I don’t know where😢

I’m planning to use my credit card for most of my bills this month. Does Bluestone do another search before releasing the money. I don’t wanna mess thing up ….but I’m stuck …have extra cash

I’ve read that they do another search sometimes just prior to release.

That's great news that you got the offer - have Bluestone changed their process as we were told that if we lost the house or looked for another house that we'd need to make another application? 

I didn’t have to do a new application, my MA Told them am not reserving another property until offer is given, so now all I need is to find a property so they can do a valuation and proceed. Their was no need to do a fresh application.

Not heard from my broker since 29th June so have messaged and really hoping for an update. Going abroad at the weekend and really wanted things wound up for then..7 weeks today since we applied. Again have no idea where we are at. I got the report updated for the valuation but not sure if its even been requested from the surveyor yet or not.

Progress at last (was so close to pulling out) I have access to do the damp and timber and wall tie survey and it’s going ahead on the 14th. Report due back Monday the 19th. Please let it come back as ok or minimal work or it’s game over 🤞
