So finally some progress! MA has just told me “ Complete have come back to me and confirmed the application has been submitted successfully.

 

Bluestone will carry out an initial assessment of documents to ensure those provide meet their requirements.  Currently they have a 2-3 working day turnaround.  Once they are fully happy at this stage, case is passed to underwriting for a full assessment.  This stage currently has a 6-8 working day turnaround.

 ”

Could anyone advise me what I’ve got to come, what all this means what’s the next steps after that? I know every case is different but nice to have an insight

Just had the link sent to pay for valuation! 3 months of worry and endless paperwork finally feels like it's starting to pay off!

That's great progress! Hopefully because you're using a packager, they will have everything they need. We were asked for a lot of extra paperwork before and during underwriting but it's All worth it. Keep us posted! 😊

Hopefully!! We’ve already been asked roughly 30 odd questions by the packager, what extra bits were you asked for just incase so I can prep haha! And here comes the longer dreaded silence!!

Hopefully!! We’ve already been asked roughly 30 odd questions by the packager, what extra bits were you asked for just incase so I can prep haha! And here comes the longer dreaded silence!! 

It differs with each case but after fully submitted We were asked for:

Extra ID for giftor (photo of Bank card & latest statement)
Proof of own deposit (around 3 times)
Up to date bank statements (due to time that had passed) 
Sa302 overviews  (self employed)
Landlord reference 
Proof of rent payments for 2 years 

We didn't use a packager though just our broker so hopefully they have everything they need from you already. Taking any progress as good progress is what has got us through so far  😂
