Yes! Let's hope all the offers come in thick and fast on this thread 🤞 we're due an update today 🙏Jessicajessica94 said:I hope everyone gets positive news this week 💫!0 -
Hi guys first time posting been watching this thread for a while! So we’re going with bluestone and complete fs is our packager, our first dip was declined as I had an account in status 6 but got that cleared and paid and then we had our dip passed on the 25/6/21, we then went to submit application but packager had first lot of questions on Monday, provided the documents etc by Thursday morning they were reviewed and more questions on the Thursday, submitted Friday 2/7/21 this is BEFORE we even submit our full mortgage application, I’m so worried we’re getting our hopes up for nothing, I was just wondering if anyone could help provide a glimmer of hope, or if anyone’s been declined and how far into application? And what questions were asked once submitted were HTB first time buyers our AIP from HTB we now have, so just bluestone end, our valuation is free also, just wondering if anyone could provide me with insight/ if anyone has also dealt with complete as a packager thank you in advance0

I haven't dealt with complete as we're direct through broker & BS but to answer your question in regards to being declined after DIP.. There was a person who was declined but then later got the mortgage with BS through another packager (which was actually quicker) so it goes to show that there are possibilities and from what I've heard from our broker and in this thread, once you've had your DIP and application submitted (although it's a long road) the majority of people do have an offer.Lottien95 said:Hi guys first time posting been watching this thread for a while! It's such a stressful process but absolutely worth it in the long run. Keeping everything crossed for you 🤞0 -

It's a standard condition for them.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Thank you for all the info you gave me a couple of pages agoMovingForwards said:Cosy2020 said:

I really appreciated it

That’s interesting because we can’t see any reference to it on our conditions or mortgage illustration. We’ve asked our solicitors about it as well and they said it’s not mentioned. I suppose it can’t hurt to add them just in case anyway.MovingForwards said:Cosy2020 said:For those of you with offers was it a condition that you put Bluestone on your home insurance as an interested party?

It wasn’t in ours either but when the solicitor put in the request for funds they came back with a couple additional things and this was one of them, along with a latest payslip. It seems like every single case is slightly different 😊Cosy2020 said:

We’re first time buyers using help to buy and received our offer 7 weeks after our application. Hopefully yours won’t be that long as they’ve reduced the number of applications they take now though.Lottien95 said:Hi guys first time posting been watching this thread for a while! I haven't used Complete as the packager but I did have my DIP declined to start off for similar reasons, once I had cleared the issue they then approved it and I had a conditional offer on Friday as long as my valuation is all okay. That was only 7 days after my full mortgage application was sent to the underwriters. I have trawled all 400 + pages of this forum and have only come across the one person as mentioned above that has been declined but then ended up getting a mortgage a couple of months later. I think the beauty of Bluestones is that they look at most things before they even approve the DIP so unless anything they didn't know about pops up you should be ok! Good LuckLottien95 said:Hi guys first time posting been watching this thread for a while! We had our home report refreshed on Thursday. The surveyor told me they could send a transcript really quickly as soon as Bluestone request it.
I was hoping we'd maybe get some news early this week.
The administrator has emailed to advise it still hasn't been requested electronically by them yet. So I'm not holding my breath for this week now 😏 it's quite infuriating how different timescales are for the same thing for people. You always hope youl be as quick as others on here have had things. Its not been for me yet with anything 🤣
