I sent them to my MA but they weren’t needed or requested by Bluestone. Are you buying a new build or an older house? If it’s older then the offer comes quite quickly after theJessicajessica94 said:
I have too! But I’m going to stop as some people have said the same. Did you have to send up to date bank statements and pay slips before they issued your offer? Our valuation is getting done on Tuesday!Cosy2020 said:Please don’t get hung up on credit checks everyone. I was checking my Experian 3x a day for any searches and we got our offer without any soft or hard searches! Hope some of you get some good news today.

Thats the surveyor just left who was doing the valuation refresh.. he said price hasn't went down and may of increased. Which would be a nightmare for most but because ours is gifted equity and we have a set selling price itl lower our ltv needed. Hopefully hear something next week from Bluestone

Bluestone received all our documents by the 9th of June and did our valuation on the 24th, does anyone how much longer we must wait to here from them for an offer, or an update of any sort. I have forwarded updated documents to our MA today should they need them, which should hopefully speed up the process, but we have been in this process since the 1st of May and I'm a bit tired now.0

That’s good to know! I have sent that much paper work over the last 3 months I just hope I don’t have to sent anymore!!! Tiring process. We are buying an older house. Fingers crossed it’s not too much longer after valuation then! Thank you.Cosy2020 said:

I think it depends if its a new build or not. If its a new build they are done quite quickly in the process because its an online rather than physical valuation, so its hard to say. I think *most* people who get a valuation on a non new build tend to get the offer between a couple of days to a couple of weeks at most.barodz said:Bluestone received all our documents by the 9th of June and did our valuation on the 24th, does anyone how much longer we must wait to here from them for an offer, or an update of any sort. For valuation if you’re buying an old property - not new build - does it always tend to be a physical valuation?0

I believe that is the case. Mine is now booked for Monday between 8-10am.disneydreamer1985 said:For valuation if you’re buying an old property - not new build - does it always tend to be a physical valuation?1 -
Yeah it would be physical. Unless you are in Scotland, if the home report was done within 12 weeks they can use that.disneydreamer1985 said:For valuation if you’re buying an old property - not new build - does it always tend to be a physical valuation?1 -

Provided the surveyor is on Bluestone's panel, the HR can be used, mine wasn't.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
We’re buying a new build and our valuation was a physical one. As with everything with bluestone, I don’t think it’s one size fits all! Every case is differentJen271626 said:
