Thank you for your reply lovely, so has it passed any sort of underwriting? Or does this mean they've ONLY JUST got it from the packager?HopefulFTB1 said:
My MA said it means the case manager has looked over it too check nothing obvious is missing, then it goes to an actual underwriter to scrutinise it all, statements, payment, affordability etc. Mine went to underwriters 23rd June and yday Bluestone said they would be looking at it on Friday or Monday 🤞Littlekay said:Once you get the
'we are please to confirm your customers application has been passed to the underwriters team'
What does this mean please?
Is this the first time bluestone have seen anything? Or has it been pre underwritten by them now final one?
Sorry I'm literally clueless
Congrats everyone on their offers!0 -
Ahh get you, I had to wait for my 3 month payslips too but luckily didn't find a house until beginning of JuneHS1234 said:
We viewed the house bank holiday in May and put the offer in. We weren’t able to submit until end of May as my partner needed his 3rd months payslip.HopefulFTB1 said:
Have you been waiting long for it to go to underwriters with you saying you could lose the house already? Luckily the people I am buying off aren't looking to move until September anyway so thankfully I have time on my side for now!HS1234 said:
Ours was 2 days after you so Wednesday or Thursday. I’ve also requested the valuation cos we’re on the verge of loosing the house.HopefulFTB1 said:

Congrats everyone on their offers! The house was previously STC and it fell through so we viewed and put the offer in. So further up the chain someone’s lost their property and our house owner doesn’t want to loose her house and is being very pushy even though it’s not in our control. They’ve put the house back on the market. They’ve said they will take it off the market if the valuation gets booked in.
Fingers crossed it all goes smoothly and quickly for you🤞 I hate this waiting already0 -
I think (not 100%) but it hasn't done any underwriting. So it went from the packager to the case manager and now to underwriter. I believe this is the first underwriting and they could ask for other documents and stuff about your bank statements. If all is okay at this stage they arrange a valuation then if that's okay it goes for a final underwrite then offer. I think that's right 😂!Littlekay said:

If you go on Bluestones website it tells you what days applications they are looking at and updates with their turnaround times. The date is the day it went to underwriting. This page is so helpful for anything you need to know ☺0 -

Final underwrite is literally final checks before offer. Double checking everything matches up, ducks in order, valuation report matches etc.kjj10 said:What happens at the final underwrite stage?0 -
Please don’t get hung up on credit checks everyone. I was checking my Experian 3x a day for any searches and we got our offer without any soft or hard searches! Hope some of you get some good news today.0

I have too! But I’m going to stop as some people have said the same. Did you have to send up to date bank statements and pay slips before they issued your offer? Our valuation is getting done on Tuesday!Cosy2020 said:Please don’t get hung up on credit checks everyone.
