Congrats!! Our completion/ exchange is to by done tomorrow so fingers crossed. Bluestones have told my solicitor funds will be there by tomorrow but my solicitor won't finalise the exchange until they receive an email from bliestones stating the funds have left their account

Our valuation is booked in for Tuesday. Do they ask for up to date bank statements and pay slips before they issue the offer?

We didn't have to give new bank statements or payslips before offer but some people on here have done... There doesn't seem to be a standard process but they will get you there in the end!

We didn’t have to give up to date bank statements either, but we did have to at the beginning of June. You might have to as we’re going in to a new month tomorrow and they like to have the most up to date info. But honestly, who knows…. No two cases ever seem to be the same!

So I’ve been told to expect my offer next week! Which is great but bit deflated that it will be on condition that the house has more surveys and works done prior to purchase. But I’m staying positive! 😊
