We are pleased to confirm that your customer(s) application has been passed to the underwriting team for assessment.
Unfortunately the SLA's are not great at the moment with Bluestone and are working on 13 working days. Hopefully this will reduce and I will let you know when I receive an update.

Ok so after a melt down then some Googling and a few phone calls here and there, it seems that all I need is a damp and timber report and a wall tie report. Wording wasn’t clear on the valuation plus I’m quite sure that connells have just added that on cos the house is 1920 but anyway. Who pays? Me or seller, I am guessing me. My previous comments implied the house was requiring major work (which is what it sounded like) but I think it’s just surveys and remedial work? Anyway does anyone know how much such a survey would cost? Anyone else needed one and what was the process please guys. X0
