TFC are the packager, we had soft credit search done on day The 
application was submitted, then hard credit search on the 4th, apparently we’ve passed initial checks as in no more documents were requested and now
someone else is looking at it 🤔

God 🙄 it’s so different for everyone our hard search was done on 19/8 and underwriter checked requested more info last week which we’ve provided and said that once he had that He would be happy to instruct valuation but then apparently there’s another underwriter after valuation???!!! Nothing is easy with this so stressful waiting around especially not knowing final decision

We are waiting on valuation, MA said they should have an update by close of business tomorrow so would let me know by Thursday so I’m hoping they might instruct valuation .... hoping 🤞🏻

So my MA said we will be definitely going to go with Bluestone, I have an offer for my BTL but not sure who this is with, I may have to sell my house instead of a BTL though as we need to find another £15,000 which will be tight! We will try but at least we have that option. 

My MA said he was hoping to get me a DIP today from Bluestone but I haven’t heard anything so hoping for tomorrow. 

I just don’t know what to do for the best option. Move with no money or sell my current house and have some extra cash?? It’s very stressfull!! 😂😂

I have my mortgage offer through today by email and I have been asked by my MA if I have been contacted by my solicitor I went through TFC do I have to get a solicitor, or is one provided I have signed a form instructing a solicitor they use, has anybody got to this stage and what are the next steps? I am concerned as the offer says you have 10 days but I have not received the original documents only the email.

 No valuation was Thursday last week and was offered last Friday, documents emailed today but was dated 14th so very quick
