Sounds like the standard Bluestone response... 'Tomorrow' the day that never comes 🙄

I'm afraid even after offer, the waiting and response times don't get any better. We've been waiting 3 weeks for something that is promised daily to be done 'today or tomorrow' and is holding up exchange! 

The wait continues...

We’re with Experian shows on Recent searches 

I’ve just signed up to Experian and under recent searches it shows bluestone done 2 searches on 08 Sept , how would I know if these are the soft or hard searches? Sorry to sound stupid

On Experian it says whether it would effect your credit score.. if it says yes then that means it will be the hard search.

We’re suppose to complete tomorrow,And bluestone still have not released funds so frustrating holding the whole chain up.

It says mortgage quotation when I expand it and then that it will not affect my credit. I’ve also had an identity check done on the same day.

So I had that on mine when they done the DIP - then when the application was submitted they done hard searches - it said first mortgage - it’s now with the underwriter waiting to hear if it’s got to valuation- was told it would be updated close of business today so will chase mine tomorrow - it’s all very stressful!
