I'm also in the same boat. I'm a FTB using the HTB and my valuation was done on the 10th Sept. Heard back from MA after pushing her for an update that that was all ok got report back then went quiet again. Asked for another update and we're now in the "it's in the queue for underwriting hope to hear back tomorrow" club. We've gone through TFC like a few of you have. Fingers crossed!

Just be prepared for a long wait! Took 14 weeks to get mortgage offer.Now we are left waiting to see if we can exchange and hopefully complete tomorrow as they have dragged their feet to release funds for mortgage.I know they are last chance using them but the whole process is so stressful and they just pap you off with Gaulle hope.You would think at this stage we would be so happy and excited but seems not! Guess what you have to enter another process to have funds released and can take longer than the seven days they say.Good luck getting your offer but be prepared for the next stage of trying to have funds released.

That's awful, I hope the get it sorted for you. Did your solicitor request the funds for today?

Yes she did,but they have said there is a queue and it’s pending for release of funds.I just feel like everything is a queue with bluestone to be processed.fingers crossed for good news tomorrow.

We got our DIP beginning of June 
we’ve had underwriter done 
valuation done
now on to final underwrite which has been 4 weeks with the final underwriter and each time they go it’s just one thing we give them one thing they have requested then a week later they check and then they need something out so far is been a 11 week process and feel they don’t want to give out the offer

Brilliant 🥳 we are still waiting for update to see if they are happy to go to valuation 😫

Congratulations! Literally the best feeling isn’t it! I remember getting ours after waiting for what felt like a life time!

The packager submitted our application on the 10th September, I've been reading previous posts and keeping positive, it seems it'll take 10 working days for Valuation to take place (all things being well), the packager advises us that Bluestone are yet to look at our application and that its still in their queue, obviously I'm aware I'm being impatient. Anyone in a similar position who has an idea of the lead times? Are there times in the month i.e. specific dates/days where decisions on applications are processed? We sent what seemed like our whole life story to the packager I really cannot think of anything else they might request. I'm a contractor have 6 months left on my contract so that's another hoop! Well done to all those who made it through the other end!
