I have looked at other MA - I actually dealt with one that was free but for my needs I think Simply Adverse is the best choice, I did shop around. I looked at a few if I’m honest but these had excellent reviews

Same here. I did a bit of shopping around too for a MA but simply seemed to fit the build. 
I'm sure there's MA that are just as good but in the end, like us all, as long as we get a mortgage offer then that's the main thing 😊😊

Free MA always not going to be enough for adverse. Glad you like simply adverse but there are others.

Getting back to the bluestone underwriting .... after requesting further information which we’ve provided to the underwriter ...  awaiting their authority for valuation.  Do you think it will be desktop valuation for 20% LTV remortgage ? Also how long after valuation is offer ( if Fee happens) and also what is the underwriter stage after valuation for ? Thanks

So we’ve had an update, we’ve gone through first checks fine, and been passed for second. No word on valuation mind....we are a remortgage

What’s your LTV? What’s the second checks for? How long have you been waiting now?

We went through a packager, we submitted to bluestone on 27th August, hard checks were carried out 4th sept. Our LTV is 30%

TFC are the packager, we had soft credit search done on day The 
application was submitted, then hard credit search on the 4th, apparently we’ve passed initial checks as in no more documents were requested and now
someone else is looking at it 🤔
