I'm just really impatient. Everything sent in 18 aug .. been back with questions twice. Fell short on affordability slightly but MA is sure he can sort that. I'm just hoping they preform a miracle 🤣 before the seller puts the house back up for sale 😪. Im also praying that the solicitor is faster than bluestone.. im tempted to start packing this house up (first time buyer from renting) but it will make me excited and I'm far from that at the minute.. ots great to here it isn't just me that's losing sleep during this loooonnnnggg wait.0

can i ask what brokers if any you are using. We were let down by a few before as we are both self employed and had a ccj from 3yrs ago and a few defaults in 2019 and went to simply to help us. So far they have been amazing. 🙏0

I am just nervous about the solicitor now. I already live at the property that I am buying, it’s my late mums house so don’t want any more hiccups but surely I’ve crossed them because Bluestone go through everything with a fine tooth comb.1 -
