found this site really useful. Having my valuation done tomorrow and worried that they are not going to value it at what I think it’s worth anybody else had this problem?
I have gone through TFC as well what fees do I have to pay I have paid the packager fee but that’s it don’t want to get stung with a big bill at the end my MA told me that it was all included?

Are you buying a new build?

Took over 2 weeks before they asked for more info from me and then they moved to valuation. 

It will actually be 2 weeks tomorrow 🙄🙄 seems to be much longer 

We will be two weeks on Thursday 😏

We heard back today from underwriter requesting some more info - hoping to got to valuation tomorrow after we’ve given this info fingers crossed 🤞

Such a stress waiting ... you were one day behind us so it’s deffo a possibility that you’ll hear tomorrow

Can the mortgage Still be declined after valuation has been done?

No valuation yet no, they asked for some more info yesterday. Basically explaining things on the bank statements.. like putting cash into the bank from things we sold etc... back to the waiting game AGAIN! Feels like whenever they want info, even when we send it within an hour it goes back to the back of the queue. We got our dip on 18/8.. still with underwriters ! I know they have to be thorough but omg...

So far i haven't had anything like this.  Valuation done, submitted document again because missing pages and hoping for a decision today. 

Seeing posts like this makes me worried im going to have a whole month of questions coming my way!
