Hi all. Our broker/packager submitted the application this morning. I was told bluestone are working on a 6 working day turnaround? Is this right? Broker said we should hear something next weds/thurs with accept subject to valuation or further questions. Is this also right? 

Trying to understand what the process is once the app is submitted. Can anyone share or help with their experience? 

I think they do an initial review/underwrite then valuation then a snr underwriter does final checks. 

6 days sounds pretty quick tbh. It took over 10 days before they tasked valuation for me and now I'm waiting for the "final" underwrite and checks. 

yeah I thought 6 days sounded quite quick, maybe that’s what they say but they take longer due to Covid-19 etc!! Did you have any questions or issues during the review/initial underwrite? Do they call for valuation after the initial review. 

They asked for one doc to be sent again because i missed off a couple of pages and that was it although they already had my entire life history so wasn't much more they could ask for. I'm assuming they did that then asked for valuation but right now all i know is the valuation has been successful and now I'm in a queue....

Just one document i cut off last 2 pages because it didn't have any relevant info but because it said 1 of 4 they wanted the last 2 pages.

I've been waiting 3 weeks. After 2 weeks they asked for some more info from underwriting team since then nothing.  Im getting really impatient lol and worried also.

Ours took two months from getting the DIP on the 25th June to getting the offer on 1st September! It does take a while (hopefully yours is quicker than ours) but you’ll get there!
