Bluestone Mortgages

Hi everyone
ive been following this thread for a while, so we have an application with bluestone. It went via packager,  bluestone received it on the 26th August and carried out soft searches, I’ve heard nothing since, I can however see hard searches were carried out on Friday 4th sept.... no word on valuation etc, anyone else had hard searches then nothing?

Have you had hard searches done too? It seem most have soft searches then valuation then hard searches? 😏

Yeh had hard searches done 17 th August.... don’t know if it’s good or bad not to hear anything ? Maybe they have a lot of applications 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our broker called to say morgage offer accepted, Its on a portal but we are due to receive a hard copy in the post, still not received and its been a week (taking into consideration the bank holiday).... Does it normally take a while to receive? 

Congratulations how long did it take from aIP to offer?

Hello, we had our offer last Tuesday as well so it’s been a week! We haven’t had the hard copy yet either but our solicitor received one Last week and that come via the post! I’m going to check in with our broker today and ask when we’ll receive it and let you know! But when I last asked the broker he said it’ll come via the post and not via email!

Hello, we had our offer last Tuesday as well so it’s been a week! We haven’t had the hard copy yet either but our solicitor received one Last week and that come via the post! I’m going to check in with our broker today and ask when we’ll receive it and let you know! But when I last asked the broker he said it’ll come via the post and not via email! 

That's good to know. Sounds like they have returned back to post.
