All your docs will have been checked now and classed as acceptable.. despite what the website says it’s only had the most basic of underwrites done at this point and they are happy with all credit issues you have ... it’s senior underwrite is now being done .. the only thing that can really go wrong is affordability .. they go through statements and debts with a microscope now to make sure it’s affordable .. broker told us we are well in but turns out we aren’t quite and it’s been knocked back with a list off issues .. so I don’t think it can actually be declined at this point as such , but they can ask you to pay of certain things if they deem it needed .. so all depends if you can afford to do that if it should happen ..3

so stressful 🙄 and our Remortgage is to consolidate debt so we not really in a position to clear it prior to loan if you know what I mean? We’re paying more now With all our individual payments to creditors car finance etc than what we would be paying to them monthly so can’t see that this would be something that would apply to us ????lewis27 said:All your docs will have been checked now and classed as acceptable.. despite what the website says it’s only had the most basic of underwrites done at this point and they are happy with all credit issues you have ... it’s senior underwrite is now being done .. the only thing that can really go wrong is affordability .. they go through statements and debts with a microscope now to make sure it’s affordable .. broker told us we are well in but turns out we aren’t quite and it’s been knocked back with a list off issues .. so I don’t think it can actually be declined at this point as such , but they can ask you to pay of certain things if they deem it needed .. so all depends if you can afford to do that if it should happen ..0 -
