We got our DIP on 25th June, application went in 13th July! So ours took a while and our case was actually quite straight forward!ojh2112 said:

Has anyone here took the self employed grant back in May (business is up and running again since then, no change in income) and was successful in getting their mortgage offer?0

@Lucas2018 how long have you worked as an agency nurse? Is it via an agency or NHS bank staff?
@ACG are you noticing any difference with Bluestone.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
How do you reach the opinion they are back tracking? Sounds like your mortgage advisor is the one letting you down tbh.Lucas2018 said:Hi all
Had my DIP 30 th July and full application went in on 6th August. Had to submit loads and loads but still nothing back. I’m an Agnecy nurse and my mortgage advisor thinks I may be declined based on this - although they accepted this situ for my DIP..... but now seem to be back tracking on that decision. My mortgage advisor also just informed me that Bluestone are looking for any reason to turn people down and her other client just got declined. So now I feel pretty hopeless now that it will not go through
paid so Much so far to! Any other experience with Agency workers out there with getting accepted ? Thanks x 1 -
Its very uncommon and sounds like they haven't refused your agency income but they need to see a continued income over a long periodLucas2018 said:
My mortgage advisor told me they initially accepted the Agnecy and not they are not.... but no one has told me my application has been refused so I’m in limbo now waiting for god knows what..... yes I agree she seems very inexperienced at what she’s doing but I feel it’s to far gone with her now. I am sending everything I can and I just hope she is sending it on. I don’t know how common refusals are with Bluestone but if her other client has been refused I don’t hold out much hope tbh ...mortgagetakingages said:
