Bluestone Mortgages

Lucas2018 said:Do you think 8 months is long enough? I have sent them wage slips that show a consistent wage from block booked shifts. I haven’t had any feedback it’s so frustrating. My agency has also confirmed the shifts will be long term so sent my mortgage advisor that to. She told me her other clients declined over something very trivial and silly so it’s made me think mine is def a refusal as she seems to be indicating that’s the way it’s going without telling me straight out. If they not accepting the 8 months ( wish they decided this at DIP point though and not this far gone 😒) then surely it’s just a refusal now? Wish I could discuss with Bluestone directly
Your MA seems a tad inexperienced and bitter for some reason! Just give it time.2 -
I’ve spoken to our mortgage Adviser today who said that our application still hasn’t been looked at by underwriters 🙄🙄🙄🙄 he told us it was with underwriters on 26/8 and still not looked at it?0

Our solicitor has been waiting for a simple email confirmation regarding one of the conditions on our offer for 3 weeks! Everyday we get told it'll be tomorrow and tomorrow never comes. They seem to be super slow at the moment with everything.1

Does anyone know if Bluestone needs the ATP from HTB before the offer is issued?0
-
Yes they do , but ATP only takes 4 working days to come through once broker requested it0

Does anybody know if bluestone will produce a conditional offer ? They have come back and said if we wait until November until a CCJ has dropped of my file we will get a better rate .. but I want a physical offer ensuring this before I agree to it .. where in the process of asking the question but got to wait a few days for a response and I’m being impatient ..0
