@jen14df how’s it going? And @pretzel12 how about you? Any further on? Does anybody know Is it only your broker who can access the bluestone portal or can we access it as the customer?0

Mine has now moved to final senior underwrite (or something like that), fingers crossed it is so nerve wracking isn’t it? Am hoping no more documents at this stage!mortgagetakingages said:Awesome thanks for the info. Just entering into final underwrite following valuation so it's starting to get real

My valuation was done on Tuesday and all went well with that. On Wednesday My broker said I needed back statements dating back to January which i couldn’t provide because bank wasn’t open then. They were querying a Safety net loan. Instead I sent over 4 months statements showing it had been paid. I was becoming anxious so I called my broker yesterday a member from the team said it had been moved to final senior underwrite so I am thinking what I have sent will be ok. Fingers crossed.ojh2112 said:@jen14df how’s it going? And @pretzel12 how about you? Any further on? @ojh2112 they do not have a customer portal, nor is the account accessible online when your purchase completed.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1

we recently had a condition to fulfil for our mortgage. It was to do with affordability as well. But we haven’t had our valuation yet, it has been instructed now though.lewis27 said:It actually states on there website on there ‘mortgage process form” that valuation will only be instructed once there happy with the underwrite .. so I don’t no what’s going on ..0 -
