Our valuation is tomorrow and we still didn’t had the hard search on our report. Bluestone or the packager, asked us only few minor questions once and that was it

No other credit check but you do have to speak with them before they release funds to your solicitor.

Hi,

so I’m in the same situation as a few of you on this with dodgy credit rating and we have also went through bluestone. Applied on 24th July sent off all the documents they asked for and still haven’t heard back from broker on final decision however the people we’re hoping to buy from have been told by their solicitor that everything has been approved and going ahead but we haven’t heard anything from broker. We’ve been told by our solicitor that they’re waiting on our broker getting in touch with them but broker saying that there’s nothing on the Bluelink portal. Is it normal for solicitor to find out first?

The offer gets uploaded to a portal called lms, which is a quicker method than posting the offer to your solicitor. However your broker should have certainly had a copy of the offer if it’s been sent to your solicitor. Can you ask your solicitor for a copy?

Is anyone else losing their minds, just like me? 😫 how long after the valuation you heard anything back?

@pretzel12 yes! Still no valuation for us 🙄 seems to be never ending this process

Our application was submitted 14 August and yesterday was the valuation. Just waiting nervously 😫

My valuation was Tuesday, I heard back on the Wednesday that everything went ok an it was valued at what was said. Then I was asked for more documents, from January which I don’t have. I’ve sent something which they might accepted. That was on Wednesday, I am checking my emails every few minutes for an update.
