It was 10 days after valuation when I got my offer.

Did you had your hard search on your report after the valuation? Did Bluestone come back with any further questions before/after valuation? And when was this, if you don’t mind me asking?

Yes I heard back this morning. Valuation was fine and priced at what we said. They have asked for another bank statement which I can’t provide! Something to do with Safety Net account which has been fully paid. I have sent them the statements of this so hopefully they will accept them. They ask for so much. I though once valuation was done that would it.

Yes I heard back this morning. Valuation was fine and priced at what we said. They have asked for another bank statement which I can’t provide! Something to do with Safety Net account which has been fully paid. I have sent them the statements of this so hopefully they will accept them. They ask for so much. I though once valuation was done that would it.

The hard search was done shortly after the application was submitted, further questions were asked before I paid the valuation fee.

If you read through the couple of threads about Bluestone you will find answers to your questions. I've tried to comment on them so people can have an idea as to what the process is. I appreciate some of these threads are long, but they are worth a read over a coffee, it will stop your panic questions 😉

I second that! The whole thread is definitely worth reading to get the different scenarios. We had our hard search shortly after our application was submitted.

The hard search was done about 2 days after the application went in.

Does anybody no if they do another credit check after offer just before they actually release the funds ?

No they don’t do another credit search unless something has changed on your application. They need 5 working day to get the funds to your solicitor.
