Congratulations 🥳Samrau said:We got our verbal offer woohoo thank you everyone for keeping me sane.
did you use simply as a MA? Would you be so kind as to share your journey timeline?
thank you in advance ✨2 -
Most people who use simply seem to take around a month to 6 weeks at most for an offer from what I have read here but recently there's been quite a few who have been just under a month.Pikapika1990 said:

Everyone is different, no one has had set times. U will prob be asked for lots more docs from underwriters which could be anything. When they instruct valuation you know things look good and u can Breath a sign of semi relief. Still a few weeks to go I would say as conditions on mortgage offer can take a while to tick off to. Your time will come hang on in thereHS1234 said:Congrats to everyone that has had an offer. I actually can’t wait to hear that good news I hope.We just had an email from our MA to say that our documents are all fine. They just want to see the statements to show our proof of deposit. I’m thinking this is the underwriter stage which I hope doesn’t take long.Anyone that has experienced this, how long does the underwriter stage take? Do they require further documentation? When do they book the valuation? Thanks in advance.0 -

We've just been told we've got our mortgage offer
What a bloody trauma that whole experience was. It says the offer documents will be available in 24 hours... I can't believe we've made it through after all of that
