DIP was near end of March and Application went in t start of April.. has been a long wait!

Ours was valued on the Friday & we got verbal offer on the Tuesday

Wow that really is a long time, not far off three months 🙈😱 I'd of lost the will to live. I'm getting to the stage I'm feeling like pulling out if we don't hear before the month end. I don't know how you held it together, congrats again!

My advice to everyone is get a good broker I think most problems I've read on this page is brokers and packagers not bluestone 
Good luck everyone if you have got a DIP you will get the the offer

Yes we can't wait start to finish has been 8weeks tomorrow so not bad at all

Finally got a bit of movement. As I have only been in my current job for 5 months next week, they have said I cannot complete until 9th August. Only other condition is my July pay slip. Valuation paid for! 6 weeks after applying, here we are!
