14 days??? That's insane. I've been watching your posts on here for ages now! Our broker was pestering them so much that they told him politely that he needed not to keep contacting the underwriters but it's made a difference as we are nearly there now. Have they literally not given you any actual information apart from an update in 14 days?

I have had nothing since my packager submitted the application except I personally asked if we can submit our home report and was told yes and on the 14th June my solicitor wanted to know what was going on so contacted the broker who spoke to the lender/packager and said next review is 29th June 🤦‍♀️

Oh my god. That's ridiculous. We had Bluestone come back to us twice for additional documents but our broker submitted them instantly and then called our case manager at Bluestone to get the documents accepted. They were literally accepting them within 24 hours of us sending them in. It definitely sounds like Brightstar are delaying the whole process. We've never had to wait longer than 5 working days without an update.

We had a couple of back and forwards of requests for more info or documents but that was by the packager before it was sent to Bluestone so they didn't need to request anything else hopefully.

We have given 5 months bank statement, 3 years sa302s and tax overviews, 5 months of payslips and my p60, gift deposit letter and my dads 3 month bank statements, tenancy reference letter, year the house was built, child benefit award letter, 5 months business statements, direct debit mandate, home report, answered what a load of transfers were in to my husbands business account, reason for adverse credit on file, proof of address, declaration form, id, outstanding credit commitments and then the actual application form.

So there's been loads all I can think theyd need is employer reference but I have been there over 3 years now and maybe self employed declaration and possible queries about bank statements.

Congratulations when did you last send documents in? We tried to call bluestone won’t give us any info said we have to ask our broker arrggghh why???

Ours was valued on the Friday & we got verbal offer on the Tuesday

We had to submit a missing payslip which I submitted on Monday this week
