They requested loads more info and the 14 days is to review them. My valuation is on Thursday so I dunno why the wait. I really wanted to move this month, then aimed for July but at this rate I won’t be even moved for the school hols. Xeje2021 said:
14 days??? That's insane. I've been watching your posts on here for ages now! Our broker was pestering them so much that they told him politely that he needed not to keep contacting the underwriters but it's made a difference as we are nearly there now. Have they literally not given you any actual information apart from an update in 14 days?Foreverwaiting123 said:Had an update to say I will have an update in 14 days ! Give me strength !0 -
Ah that's maybe what ours is then. We fired the home report over on 3rd June. Maybe took the packager a week to forward it on and then the 14 working days to review it by Bluestone will take us to 29th, which is the date they said next review is.Foreverwaiting123 said:

Thank you.. ye was starting to stress out. Ot was more to do with not knowing what stage we are and if when they come round to reviewing the documents again they may ask for more info. In the end I was just sending my payslip at end of every month and up to date bank statement every 2 weeks just to prempt the situationJen271626 said:
Wow that really is a long time, not far off three months 🙈😱 I'd of lost the will to live. I'm getting to the stage I'm feeling like pulling out if we don't hear before the month end. I don't know how you held it together, congrats again!Swanslad31 said:

Our MA has emailed and said we are now awaiting decision. Does anyone know how long this takes? What the process of this bit is?0

Congrats to everyone that has had an offer. I actually can’t wait to hear that good news I hope.We just had an email from our MA to say that our documents are all fine. They just want to see the statements to show our proof of deposit. I’m thinking this is the underwriter stage which I hope doesn’t take long.Anyone that has experienced this, how long does the underwriter stage take? Do they require further documentation? When do they book the valuation? Thanks in advance.0

Hey everyone!
we are new here I have been reading your posts for a week now! Varing stories it’s an interesting read!
we are first time buyers
we got a DIP through Simply 28th May.
we put a reserve on the house we want 1st June
All Pre underwriting with simply done 18th June with help to buy submitted. Expecting help to buy to come back tomorrow or Friday which we have to then send to simply
18th June documents uploaded to lender and final additional documents requested and uploaded - we found out this day it was blue stone
simply have made arrangements this week for a solicitor (found out yesterday 22nd)
We’re told now it’s just a case of waiting for the solicitor to get in touch/help to buy come back and our official mortgage offer from bluestone
has anyone else used simply and their recommended solicitors? What timescales have you been working with? Does the above look positive? Simply have been very efficient, and because they have been I thought it would be best to use their recommended solicitor.
not sure how long it will take to get the final offer I just want to know we’re committed and the money has left our account.
We’re very anxious about it all!
thanks in advance everyone
