We won’t be getting an offer yet. Still waiting for them to instruct the valuation.

I'm hoping because they have our home report (Scotland) we won't need a valuation. If we do, we are also still waiting for it too.

Really?? Yours was the same day as mine and we are both in Scotland. I was told I should hear something this week. What was the last date you submitted docs??

17th of May was last time we were asked for anything. Was 3 months giftors bank statements even though its gifted equity, year the house was built and tax overviews - which id already sent my broker. Not had anything else since. Infact I personally sent the home report on 4th June after you said.  The solicitor got in touch with the broker Monday and he came back and said he spoke with the lender, its in a queue and next review will be 29th of June 🤷‍♀️🙄

Thanks, its good to have a date now though because all the anxiety and nerves have gone now I at least know what's going on and I'm not expecting anything before then.
