To those who have received their verbal/email offer - did you wait to hear from your solicitors or did you get in touch with them? How long did it take for your offer to come through in the post? I've only been asked to sign a direct debit form so far.0

Hi guys, so those of you that had to go back with any paperwork or queries that the underwriter raised, was it really 10 days for them to review it or did it happen quicker? I’m trying to remain calm but to get excited to be with the underwriter then face another 10 days to have an additional document and question response looked at is so hard

Really. Who is it you are you with if you don’t mind me asking? It seems like some MAs definitely have a better relationship. Mine said she had called them and was told it goes back in the queue which just seems crazy for literally a couple of thingsKb21 said:

I received my official offer via email today. Have a few things to sign.Cosy2020 said:To those who have received their verbal/email offer - did you wait to hear from your solicitors or did you get in touch with them? I believe they get a copy of offer from MA or from Bluestone but will check0 -

I took a risk and paid for searches at the start, around April 1st I paid and they’re still not back!! Solicitor emailed the other day and said they’re due back soon. So I’m glad I started them early otherwise that would be another hold up0
