The mortgage application  form? It was quite big. Thats the only one we filled in anywhere near that size. 

So there was no 17 page all they wanted was for us to sign it properly rather than electronically. Realistically they should’ve sent the documents out by post. 

Do you mean the declaration form? That didn’t have 17 pages but it does have 17 points and they wanted it signed by hand etc

Yh that must of been it cos I ended up printing it out and signing it by hand on Friday.

Those of you saying no hard search, you know it’s only Experian it shows up on, not clear score or any of the others

I keep checking daily on Experian to see, I’d seen it takes a while to show so it may appear within the next week or so.

Nothing like that for us as our LTV was 75% and our affordability is really good. Our conditions are the gift indemnity policy, insolvency deed from the giftor and a couple of conditions on the build of the house. Nothing that will cause a headache thankfully 😊

I paid for Experian from when our application went in, so did my partner. We’ve had soft searches but no hard search 🤷🏼‍♀️

Same, I paid for Experian once our application had gone in! Our hard search happened on the 7th of June & I could see it on there on the 9th of June
