I had evaluation instructed last week. I spoke to Connells today and the earliest they can do is 8 July. That is just ridiculous…
Are you also experiencing same crazzzzy waiting times….?????

All searches are back and was hoping I will have the keys by end of July

That’s so late! Hopefully there’s a cancellation and you can get your valuation in sooner. Is it a physical valuation? 

To anyone who had a gifted deposit condition on their offer, did you have to supply an up to date proof of funds from the giftor to your solicitor? I’ve got one from last month but the giftor is on holiday until July 😂😩

I had to give my solicitor the last 3 months statements from the account the funds are in

I had to give my solicitor the last 3 months statements from the account the funds are in 

Ergh - I’ve got from November to May. I’ve sent those so fingers crossed although I doubt Bluestone will accept it 😩

No that’s wasn’t a condition in mine but my giftor had to seek independent legal advice

No that’s wasn’t a condition in mine but my giftor had to seek independent legal advice 

See it wasn’t a condition in mine either but the solicitor has asked for it 🤷‍♀️😩 hopefully it will be okay then. You think it will be more chilled once you get the offer 😂

Good thank you. All back to work etc today so back to some type of normality
