I had evaluation instructed last week. I spoke to Connells today and the earliest they can do is 8 July. That is just ridiculous…

See it wasn’t a condition in mine either but the solicitor has asked for it 🤷♀️😩 hopefully it will be okay then. You think it will be more chilled once you get the offer 😂Kb21 said:
