I’m at the evaluation stage….the earliest they can do evaluation is 7th July …and I’m frustrated with the delay. 

I’m seriously considering leaving my current job.….have to give 2 months notice. So won’t officially leave until mid August. Has anyone had employment reference requested after evaluation stage.?

I would stay out until u have the keys in your hand. That could seriously effect the offer. They can back out and retract your offer at any stage

One of the conditions in my offer was to provide latest payslip showing full salary to enable release of funds. Not sure when you are aiming to complete but something to keep in mind just incase!

Dammm……Im hoping to complete by end July….(if everything goes smoothly after the evaluation ….as all the searches have been completed) . I might be stuck with my current employer for the next few  months then😹😹😹 😭 😭 😭

I absolutely wouldn't do anything with your job until you have completed and moved in. Everyone's timescales after their valuation has varied with how long it took to get their offer and everyone's time its taken to complete varies. I would just hang on for now.

We were fully submitted 27/5 but then sent in other documents 3/6 so we don't know which of the 2 dates they're working from 😕 let's hope Friday brings good news for a few more people 🤞

We were fully submitted on 25/5 🤞🏼 Valuation has been done last Thursday, hard search showing on credit file. Heard on the 7th it was with the underwriters. Then just radio silence this week. It’s so hard isn’t it!

Wow your region must be working so quick to have all of that done. Hopefully not long till you get your offer.

Who else had final payslip to be shown before money is released ? Reason I’m asking is I’ve took a month off unpaid (I had a very good reason) and it won’t show unt end of July as I’m paid a month in arrears. Eeek

This gives me hope! Everything crossed for your offer soon 🤞 Our searches bar the local one are coming back quickly which worries me 🥴 I don't think it'll be long before our solicitor wants to start asking about an exchange date and at the moment we just don't have a clue!
