Fingers crossed for everyone. We had a hard search on the 26th may. I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. The MA said it is now with the underwriters they requested more ID from hubby… I hope this doesn’t delay things! We submitted straight away
I haven’t heard anything about a valuation I’m not sure if this is bad0 -
Supposed to have an update today. Fingers crossed. We need Valuation now.1

We had our Hard searches done on the 26/5 and asked for more docs and a reference for my wife employer 9/6. All done and ready to go but MA saying that they are now back to 11/12 days turnaround on reviews. Full application went in on 13th May! and still no where near knowing about valuation. The solicitors in this case have been very good and searches are complete and reviewed. So just going by the 11/12 day turnaround, we should know more next Thursday! Absolutely mentally draining0

I feel your pain. My application was March! Honestly may wasn’t even that long ago according to the speed bluestone move at! My valuation is next Thursday. I feel I might be slowly getting somewhere. It’s a physical valuation if anyone is wondering xteddy2014 said:We had our Hard searches done on the 26/5 and asked for more docs and a reference for my wife employer 9/6. Its 11/12 working days not just days 😭 Iv been told my next review isnt until 29th June. Broker reckons its the last underwriting but I think itl actually be the first. Final underwriting isn't taking that long it says underwriting is on the website.teddy2014 said:We had our Hard searches done on the 26/5 and asked for more docs and a reference for my wife employer 9/6. Hi everyone, I’ve been following all of your journeys for quite some time. Thank you so much for sharing your personal journeys as they have helped to keep me somewhat sane throughout this long excruciating process knowing I wasn’t alone
I finally had my offer yesterday🍾🎉🎉 (soooo happy) in my 9th week from full application. Here’s my timeline
Dip 09/04
Full application 16/04
Lender query 05/05
Further docs requested 26/05 (which could have been avoided)
Valuation instructed 04/06
Valuation completed 14/06
Update that the case had been passed through for final check prior to offer 15/06
Offer 17/06
I actually requested that the valuation be instructed before the underwriters had signed off my case because I was chased by the estate agent. My MA said I could do this to speed up the process but I had to confirm that I understood if my application was rejected, the £300 valuation fee was non refundable, but thank goodness I did otherwise I wouldn’t of had my offer yesterday.
My MA was great and kept me updated throughout the whole process but like the rest of you I was stressing over the timescales. In between my timeline I was regularly in contact with my MA with updates regarding other bits relating to my mortgage.
Searches already done by my Solicitor and the sellers are pushing to complete by the 30th June before the stamp duty deadline
Please have faith, you will all get there x

In my conditions on my mortgage offer it stated that I have to provide my latest monthly payslip showing my full salary within 30 days of release of funds.Foreverwaiting123 said:Who else had final payslip to be shown before money is released ? Reason I’m asking is I’ve took a month off unpaid (I had a very good reason) and it won’t show unt end of July as I’m paid a month in arrears. Eeek
So it seems that I don’t need to provide this until after completion and exchange1
