Yes it definitely helps knowing others are in the same boat! My other half is away in the military and I think seeing the updates on this forum has helped keep me sane..... so far lol

I couldn’t agree more the forum keeps me a bit sane and the booze 😂. I think bluestone have a great success rate but I know they don’t accept payday loans seems to be a big NO NO. That’s the only unsuccessful story I’ve read. I’ve pretty much read every page on here. I know sad life hey 😆

I’ve read every page too! I’ve had a long wait so far and it’s helped with my nerves 😬

Hi all new to the forum. We used finance advice centre to try get us a mortgage. We got our dip from bluestone mortgages 2 weeks ago and our MA is submitting our full application today. Very nervous and was wondering if anyone else has used finance advice?

Just paid for valuation today how long have people had to wait for valuation and what happens after valuation?

We are using them too! Only recently submitted and very nervous!

Depends if you have a online valuation which can happen within 24hours or a physical valuation which can take a few weeks depends how busy they are.

Online is £70 and physical is £345 I think. Something around that mark. We got refunded money cos it was online. We had offer 24hours after valuation

I’m guessing ours must be physical then as we paid £375 today. Hoping it gets booked in soon
