We had ours done on DIP and the again we application was submitted. 

Aw !!!!!! so maybe the packagers only just submitted it and hadn't done it on the 10th as I believed 😭 nightmare!

We've never had a credit search and we've had a DIP and a valuation so I think it's different for everyone.

Congratulations 👏 are you based in England or Scotland out of interest? Did they request and more info before offer? Did you already have a home report or did they have to do a full valuation?

I am honestly losing the will to live with all this! Struggling to concentrate on anything else. Refreshing my email inbox 50,000 times a day, refreshing the Bluestone timescale page numerous times. The worst process ever 😫 feel like I'm losing the plot.

I know the feeling. Keep feeling tempted to contact my MB but he said he will keep me updated so don’t want to keep annoying him 😂 I’m annoying myself as it is.
