Sorry if this is a silly question…. But why do bluestone give a verbal offer and then wait a few days before given a written offer? Is this a standard thing? It just seems weird, like why not just issue a written offer and be done with it? 😂0

Oh, yeah that's the standard extension with them, which your broker should have known.

Got a couple more soft searches done on our credit files (last time was for the dip) on Monday. Hoping that means its now moving along their system somewhere. When abouts did the rest of you have searches done?0
