100% they make you work for your mortgage that’s for sure. 

We had terrible trouble with the gifting side of things but got there eventually 

That's good to know I'll get on the case and send it over to them before they ask. I know she had to do it previously for the Solicitors we are using as they needed proof.. surely I can use the one sent to the solicitors.. its just my partners auntie is abit cautious of people look at her finances ( not because she got anything to hide but just because she doesn't understand the process)

Also worried about this! We were advised 4 weeks to exchange at the beginning of May which is obviously almost up, and our application is only just going in to bluestone from the packager. Already losing sleep about this whole process so god knows how il be 8 weeks plus down the line 🤦🏽‍♀️

Hello you clever lot... so my application was eventually sent to bluestone on the 17th but they have asked for a document to be resent (wasn’t on the right letterhead) and I’m hoping to get that back ASAP to them. My question is, Will the day I get that back to them the day I’m classed as fully packaged? I’m hoping it will be the 17th when bright star sent the application in but I’m guessing not. TIA

I know how you feel - when the application first went in around mid April I was so nervous everyday. We haven't heard anything for nearly 2 weeks now. Valuation is today though so fingers crossed we get an update soon but know that we have to exchange sooner rather than later with the new build is stressful!

@cosy2020 That’s fab! You’re  making progress. We’ve done the same with searches🤞It doesn’t take too long.

@Foreverwaiting123 I think it will be from when the submit button is hit with all the right forms on their headed paper. I had to change a few and my MA said the time starts from fully packaged??

Think it will be when all the docs are received although the underwriters will still ask for ridiculous amounts more.

Verbal Offer 25th May 
I must be honest I feel like we have had it really easy! Even though it was a long waiting time (or felt like it) between application and valuation we haven’t been asked for anything further at all! My broker just dealt with everything she’s been amazing! ❤️

 So lucky. We are waiting for completion after the offer 24th April 😩
