@Zigzag86 so we are pretty much in exact same situation as I applied March 31st and was told it was submitted to bluestone may17. All I’ve had is an email via my broker changing it to a five year fixed instead of 2 years. And requests for statements
Oh gosh! I really hope they don’t ask us to go 5 year fixed, I suppose I’d have no choice but to except it but I’d be looking to get out of those payments ASAP!

Has anyone been asked for further bank statements after mortgage offer on completion? Just checking if I should still be downloading them and saving  :D
    I was also wondering this
  • Does anyone know who Bluestone use for online valuation?

I’ve said yes because the alternative is no mortgage ! But completely agree I would be very eager To remortgage with a high street lender in a couple of years once my old defaults drop off my credit file.
  • After 13 weeks and 3 days since application was submitted finally had verbal offer today. Valuation was carried out on Thursday for anyone waiting
