Ah fab keeping my fingers crossed for you. So my full application went in end of March (just with you saying feb I thought you applied feb) and I haven’t had valuation etc yet. Been told twice nothing more is needed but then they’ve asked for more. Any by they I really don’t know if that the packager or bluestone. So I can’t even try and guess what might happen next.RossL40 said:
DIP - 31st March, Application 10th April, Underwriter 6th May, More docs requested 7th May, Given okay 17th May, Valuation today. So hopefully we will have an offer by the end of the week. Strangely there has been no hard search carried out but i have read that some didn't have this done.Foreverwaiting123 said:@Zigzag86 what progress have you made so far? Application 26/3 and they’ve taken lots of documents over the weeks.
Valuation fee taken 26/4
Hard search 7/5 but didn’t show up until 17/5
More info requested 20/5
Told it’s with the underwriter 21/5

@Zigzag86 so we are pretty much in exact same situation as I applied March 31st and was told it was submitted to bluestone may17. All I’ve had is an email via my broker changing it to a five year fixed instead of 2 years. And requests for statements0

@zigzag86 they’re advertising underwriting is taking 13 days so that isn’t long for you to wait 👍1

We have submitted our offer and blue stone have had our application since 03/05 - They have recently asked for the ID from our gifted deposit (Gift was from parents) - is this a good sign? Id assume they wouldn't ask for that ID unless they have looked at mine and my partners forms first?

My MA is beyond useless. I’ve just told told I’m not
even close to having mine looked at and it was submitted fully in March. I’m about ready to call it quits0 -

@Foreverwaiting123 what? That's insane! Has your MA chased up why it isn't being looked at? If it was submitted at the end of March it should have definitely been at least assessed by now?0

Was your application submitted to Bluestone in March? Were you told the date it was passed from packager to Bluestone? This is the date your application was submitted. Ours was with the packer for weeks back & forth for information and officially submitted to Bluestone on 9 April. It’s so long winded & confusingForeverwaiting123 said:My MA is beyond useless. I was told it was submitted on may 17th but had previously been told it was submitted much sooner so don’t know which date is correct. I have returned any requested info the same day and don’t feel my case Is particularly complex. The now have 6 months of bank statements. My debt is cleared and historic and I don’t have any current loans/credit cards etc and no missed rent payments. I feel I’m reasonably straight forward. When I ask or an update I’m told they’re just waiting. It’s so frustrating but changing mortgage advisors at the point might just slow it further as at least now I do think they have everything. Thought that last month and the month before though and they still asked for more. I feel like the MA should be chasing this up for me, that’s surely why they’re getting paid but instead I’m lucky to get a phone call even answered
