Great🙄, another weekend in limbo for you. Distract yourself as much as you can. That’s what I’m going to try and do as we’re still waiting on help to buy ATP. Have sent the final documents to our MA. Hopefully submit Monday/Tuesday if ATP comes back🤞.x

Think ours is we the underwriter to. We haven’t had valuation but had hard search done on credit report earlier this week. Don’t know what to think as seems so many people have different experiences/processes

Our valuation has been done today... really hoping for the offer to come next week so I can settle down! Contracts are in and searches back so enquiries being raised next week! Hopefully nearing the end of the process even if we can’t move in until October 🙄 
How long did it take people from Valuation to Offer? X

Good news on your valuation when did you apply? How long for your valuation to come through we have supplied documents but only had AIP and  hard search completed

Another weekend of waiting!! 

We had our valuation finally done on Thursday, MA informed me yesterday that has come back at the price offered and now with the final underwriter. 

Bluestone has been a long and stressful process, we had our AIP 08/02/21, full application submitted 19/02/21 and multiple requests for information. 

Good luck to everyone still waiting, hopefully we will all have some good news soon 🤞

Had more requests for documents yesterday 3 years tax overview and to fill out a credit commitment form. Application went in on the 11th this is the second week of asking for more documents. Atleast they are looking at the application.

We applied on the 16th April. We were informed last week that they were happy with our application and instructed the valuation. Took a while for them to book the valuation as I believe they’ve done a physical valuation.

Why can’t u move till Oct? 

Because we have bought a part exchange property so the people who live in the house are buying a new build so we need to wait for that to be built which should be October! So we are having to complete our sale in august and move back in with my parents! I bet they’re thrilled to have me back with my partner and 3 year old 🙈 x
