Yeah I had to provide 3 months giftor bank statements and evidence of child benefit, don't get tax credits. I had to call the helpline and get a child benefit award letter posted because they dont automatically send them annually anymore. Only took a couple of days.disneydreamer1985 said:Update from Bluestone - they want proof of child benefit and tax credits. They also want 6 months proof from MIL for deposit. Anyone else had to do this?
Does this seem like the last things they can ask for?1 -
Those on help to buy. Did you do your full application straight after your AIP or did you wait for your ATP to come back? Our MA wants us to wait till the ATP comes back. Looking at processing times on here I’m getting nervous we’ll lose our house if we don’t start applying now. We’ve got our AIP and have instructed solicitors, searches are coming back and they have the contract from the builder.0

@Nedsawaiting we had to wait until we had the ATP as our application needed proof of ATP to successfully submit.

@Cosy2020 thank you.x0

@Nedsawaiting You're doing the right thing instructing solicitors and doing the searches - we've done that to show the developers that we're serious about progressing with the house. Have you reserved your home? If you're worried about the exchange date, we've gone passed ours and they've been fine as we've had searches done.0

@Cosy2020 That’s reassured me thank you. We have reserved it and they are doing the plumbing and plastering now so should be done by end of June. Estimated completion is July. Our HTB application has come back twice due to the developer’s error so delayed us by a week. Hopefully all sorted now, resubmitted yesterday after they resolved the issue.x0

That’s good news - I called them earlier and she requested it for us. I should have one from when we had our daughter in September but I can’t find it anywhere. The case manager seems to think these will be the last questions.Jen271626 said:
