Is it bright star or blue stone that request the valuation? Thanks
    Bluestone as they're the lender.

I provided the payment details to my broker, they gave them to Bluestone, then Bluestone arranged the valuation.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

My son and girlfriend are buying a new build on the old HTB scheme.  They have had two packagers, Brightstar were so slow that after 11 weeks, advisor changed to Impact in March.  Has been progressing nicely and builders patient up until 2 weeks ago when suddenly there is a deadline by the builders. Theyve had valuation 10 May and  now waiting for offer, I think if they had a verbal offer in next 2 or 3 days will be okay but timescale not been given by bluestone.  I feel sorry for my son and girlfriend as they have submitted any documents required immediately and now with this deadline looming they are so close to offer but anxious.  Does anyone know the timescale between valiation and offer?  They are at final stage of decision and underwrite.Thank you

We are. Ours was submitted to Bluestone last week. They requested more info on Wednesday last week and haven’t heard anything since. Case manager said all is looking good but seems to be taking an age.

We were told Monday that our application was submitted for the first assessment of underwriting so not sure when we will hear now. I was told that they have an exclusive agreement with BS so we should be made as a priority - we will see!

Makes it worse that the mortgage offer just came in now!
Omg no way. Can’t they change there minds x
We have let them know anyway to see if they will still consider it or want to sell but I'm not holding out any hope. Its just so gutting to be that close. I also asked the question if the mortgage can be transferred to a new property but my broker thinks bluestone will start the whole thing again (other providers would just transfer it) everything against us.
