My MB a sent us the application summary to check over it and sign the declaration the date on the summary says 11th of may. They asked for more docs on the 13th. Sent it back that evening. I’m not sure what to think all I know is I’m making myself mad lol. When I asked our MB how long does he think he said that it’s with the underwriter and the next stage would be for the case manager to review it he said we were looking at knowing something by the end of this week or at the latest next week. I just really hope he is right because I can’t do 8weeks of this.Jen271626 said:I'm thinking from reading over my emails with the broker and that I paid Brightstar and his fee on 10th May, that thats when mine was actually submitted and the requests for further info this Monday was a case manager at Bluestone looking over it to check all was there that was required.
I'm in for a hefty wait if they are only on 28th April and some of you who applied beginning of March are still waiting.
Just really hope we hear before the end of June before time runs out.0 -
it’s isn’t very clear is it, my MB said last Tuesday it’s now with underwriters and timeframe is 11 days to hear back, which like you would be the end of this week/next. I’m not hopeful that is the case as you say there’s still outstanding ones from March 🤔0

Its literally tormenting the life out me. I have checked my emails at least 40 times already today. Cant concentrate on work or anything. I don't think I can deal with this for up to 12 weeks which Iv read it took some people 🤣🙈 knowing the underwriting has increased from 11 working days last week to 14 days now. Thats basically three weeks on underwriting alone 😳 I'm going to lose the plot.

We have lost our house officially. I asked mon and Tues if bluestone could sort it out quickly as it had been to valuation on Thursday but they said they were understaffed and the quickest it would be would be tomorrow. Unfortunately they couldn't wait. 12 weeks and a disappointing ending esp when we were so close. Good luck to everyone else.0

Omg I’m so so sorry 😞. I personally think it’s silly they did that because they will have to do it all over again now with someone else.Fesully84 said:We have lost our house officially. Yes cos the people were were buying from were buying a new build and the builders sold it to someone else as of today. They weren't waiting any longer. Thus, they arent selling their house now. Sucks for everyoneKb21 said:
