Been following for a while now.
Full application went in Monday and already drove myself crazy wanting an update 🙃. 
Considering all your waiting times I better calm myself down 🤣

We submitted 4th May. Had some documents to return that week and seen there has been a search on my credit file on the 19th. We have had our all solicitor work and searches completed just waiting on this. It’s nerve wracking. Haven’t had valuation instructed and haven’t paid for valuation yet which probably isn’t a great sign

It seemed to take forever to get to Monday, and that was just to get the application in.  My nerves are done already x

We just had our hard search appear on the credit report beginning of this week, fingers crossed yours is soon.

We had our valuation carried out this Monday just gone and got our verbal offer on Wednesday. Just waiting for it in writing now. I’m sure you will have yours by next week.

Hi all! I’ve been watching this thread since page 200…. Our application is being submitted today & I am honestly DREADING it. Our broker had a meeting with Bluestone yesterday and they have already said they would proceed with the 5 year fixed rather than the 2 year we were initially applying for. Which I’ve seen a few people on here say has happened to them. 

Anyway, I feel like this is the start of a long process so shout out to any one else applying at the minute! Keep me sane!!
